The right nudge, right on time

Lifecycle reminders fire on their own: client birthdays, check-in windows, and thank-you notes, each one deep-linked to the exact record so acting on it is a single tap.

The full timeline.

A running record of what we've shipped, from the first branded launch to this week's wave. We build in the open so your team always knows what's new.

  1. New

Texts from your team, in one tap

You'll see a one-time ask, "Get texts from your team?", the first time you open Home in the app or your first page in the portal. If we have your number, one button reads Text me at (and your own number), and tapping it turns texts on. Want a different number? Tap Use a different number. Not now is fine: we'll ask again in a while, and only a couple more times. Change it anytime in Settings, and reply STOP to stop. In the app it's version 1.5.16 and later.

  2. New

Edit client details, and move people between lists

Put someone on the wrong list? Open them and move them. A business partner can move to Field trainings, and a client who isn't booked yet can move to Business partners, with their notes coming along and Undo right there. Added someone by mistake? Choose Remove from my list and you have 8 seconds to Undo. Nothing's deleted, so moving someone back brings them back as they were. You can also edit a client's name, phone, email, birthday and address from their profile, and the Field trainings list and the client's lead update right away. In the app it's version 1.5.15 and later. We also made the wording match: a client who isn't booked yet now reads "Not booked" everywhere.

  3. New

Team chat that feels like a room

In the app (version 1.5.14), team rooms (General, Announcements, Wins, Trainings and big groups) now read like a room: a face beside each name, the time next to it, back-to-back messages tucked together, a "N new" line above what you haven't read, and day dividers. Hold someone's picture to mention them, or tap it for Mention, Message or Profile. Double-tap a message for a heart. The evening before a teammate's licensing exam, General offers a Send good luck button on the web and in the app (a 馃崁, never a posted message). It's your call for your own exam: Share my exam date with the team, on your Licensing screen, is on to start. Turning it off stops the card in General (one that's already up stays); your licensing coordinator and your leaders still see your exam date. The header shows "N active today" once more than 10 teammates have been in. On iPhone, the number on the app icon now counts your unread chats and Activity. The app update is version 1.5.14, which also gives leaders the full dreams view (Team lists, Dreams: tap someone to read their whole why and every dream).

  4. New

Files, photos and links in your notes

Notes on New Business items and on clients can now carry photos and PDFs, on the web and in the app (version 1.5.14). Attach up to 4 files per note, PNG, JPG, WEBP or PDF, 4 MB each, and they stay private to the people who can read the note. Links in a note open when you tap them, and the app now has notes on your own New Business items too.

  5. New

    Study hall: licensing exam practice

Study hall gives your team a few minutes a day of licensing exam practice. Take a 10-question drill with instant right-or-wrong and a one-line why, keep a streak, sit 15-question practice exams, earn the Exam Ready badge, and challenge teammates to beat your score, all for Climb points. Trainers get a Study line on Your trainees with who's ready to test and a Nudge to study button, and HQ can edit the decks. On the web now, and in the app in version 1.5.14. HQ turns it on in Modules.

  6. Improved

The app shows what Discord shows

Automatic posts in the app now show what Discord shows. Comma checks show everyone's card, with a tap to open any one full size. Win cards carry the details, like what a promotion took, the points a policy earns and which policy it is for them (their 3rd, say), and what a badge takes to earn. Contest announcements and live standings post in Announcements, blog shares post there too, and one quiet reminder card lands in Trainings before a session: it reads COMING UP, then STARTS SOON. It's on the web now, and in the app in version 1.5.14.

  7. New

    Giving Embers, rebuilt

Give now shows how many Embers you have left to give this month, when they refill, and the slice each gift takes, right at the top. Pick people from a search that lists teammates under the box as you type, choose an amount with quick picks, and add a badge if you want one. You'll see how much more you can give each person, you can always send just a shout-out, and Sent tells you who got what and where it posted. On the web now, and in the app in version 1.5.13.

  8. New

Field trainers can mark protection, submitted or issued

Protection now says where the policy is: submitted while the carrier reviews it, or issued once it's in force. Field trainers can see and mark it for the agents they train on Your trainees, and the HQ and My team lists show it too. A member's own answer always stands. In the app, Your trainees gets the same, and Licensing puts your coordinator at the top with Message and Book a time (version 1.5.13).

  9. Improved

Know when your leader leaves a note

When a leader or field trainer leaves a note on someone on your partner list, you get a notification that opens that person, notes and all. Working through a whole list together on a call buzzes your phone once every half hour, not once per name, and every note still shows in your Activity.

  10. New

Build your partner list your way

Add 3 good qualities to each business partner with a tap, picked from the ones your team uses most or typed in your own words, and a team can make them part of every new name. Lists stay in the order you added people, you can edit anyone on them, and Build your book takes a phone number too. Leaders and field trainers can open an agent's list on the web or the phone, call or text each name and leave notes the agent sees, so a Zoom call becomes a working session.

  11. Improved

Dream board photos open full size

Tap a photo on your dream board, in the app or on the web, to see it full size. Leaders can do the same on a teammate's board from My Team on the web. Owners can also switch the Success Diagnostic off for their team in HQ > Modules, and everyone's results are kept if it comes back on.

  12. New

Read files and watch videos without leaving the app

PDFs and Google Docs, Slides and Sheets open in a reader inside the phone app, with Share to save a copy. Drive videos play in the phone's own player, the player has a real Full screen, and Open in YouTube, Drive or Loom is one tap away. A resent invite keeps the link someone already has, so a double tap never sends two.

  13. New

A Trainings room for every team

Every team gets a Trainings channel in chat and a Schedule tab, a training calendar you can add to Apple or Google Calendar that keeps itself up to date, Starting now and Replay cards, a Live now bar and a reminder when each of your trainings starts. In chat, you can edit a message for 24 hours and cheers land live. Members get a reminder to sort the new names on their list, with a Sort screen on the phone, and leaders see who has names waiting.

  14. New

New partners get a welcome the whole team can cheer

The new business partner card in General now celebrates the person who joined, with their upline and partner number, and anyone can tap Cheer for a burst of confetti, on the web and the phone. A new team moment lights the Chat badge until it's opened, a group chat built from a rule keeps adding the people who match it, and the Morning Update card links the sources behind its headline and talking point.

  15. New

Client homework adds the financial review

Agents can send the Personal Financial Review as part of a client's homework: the client fills in their own numbers at home, and the agent, their owners and the trainer on that appointment see the finished review. The client questionnaire also asks height and weight, a partner's too. On Licensing, Message your coordinator sits at the top of the page, and asking about a step opens the request already filled in. Book a call reaches your field trainer now, too.

  16. New

A team chat that can stand in for Discord

Every team now has Announcements, General and Wins pinned at the top of Chat. On Both or App only, Wins gives every shout-out, closing, exam pass and streak its own card, contest results go to Announcements and birthdays to General, and the Morning Update posts to Announcements. Trainings can post as live cards with Going and Can't go, tapping Going sets a reminder, and a flyer dropped in chat becomes a training. An owner can switch to App only (best once most of the team's on the app), and Cadre goes quiet in Discord.

  17. Improved

Chat that's easier to read and reply to

Long-press a reaction to see who left it, copy a message, a card's details or a voice memo's transcript, and typing someone's full name after @ tags the right person. On Both or App only, a new teammate's first sign-in gets a welcome in General.

  18. Improved

    Tevah's new two-step sign-in, handled

When Tevah texts a sign-in code, HQ shows a card to enter it and trusts the connection for 30 days, and the app asks with a banner, so the hourly sync keeps running. A countdown shows when that trust runs out, with Renew now, and owners get a heads-up before it does.

  19. Improved

Call coaching you can act on

Call coaching is a queue on one side and one call on the other. Each call opens with a Coach on this box (the weakest area, the move that fixes it, and a line to say), then a color-coded scorecard, what went well and what to work on as short lines, and the next steps. Mark it coached when you're done, or read the full transcript.

  20. New

    The Morning Update

Turn on the Morning Update in HQ, Modules, and each weekday at 9 AM your team gets one post: yesterday's wins with every name, today's trainings, one news headline, a talking point with its source, and a quote card. It posts to GroupMe, to Discord unless the team is on App only, and on Both or App only it's a card in Announcements in the app.

  21. New

Book a call, and videos in chat

Book a call puts your leaders' and trainers' booking links in one place, and when someone hasn't added a link yet, it starts a message to them for you. In chat, YouTube, Vimeo and Loom links show the video's title and thumbnail, training flyers can be saved or shared from the app, and pressing and holding a chat photo saves or shares it.

  22. New

Voice memos, and chats with connected teams

Hold to record a voice memo in chat, and it arrives with a written transcript. Teams on MyCadre can connect from HQ, Settings, Connected teams, and start group chats with people from both. Messages that sit unread get one email during the team's daytime, and reminders from HQ now go out signed by the member's upline, with a Reply button that opens a message to them.

  23. Improved

Sign in with the email you actually use

Google and Apple sign-in now find your account even when your Gmail address is written a little differently, and you can add more than one sign-in email in Settings. Setup emails lead with the app: download it, tap Find your team, and enter the code we email you. Leaders can remove someone from a group chat, with a moment to undo, and teammate lists are on the phone.

  24. New

A blog for your team, and contests you can cheer

Publish posts on your team's own site, with an RSS feed. Contests have a live board on the web and the phone, where the team can cheer each other on and see who's finished. In chat you can hide or delete a conversation, and on the phone a swipe mutes or hides it. Notifications now open the exact item they're about.

  25. New

Team chat, shared lists, and a feedback inbox

Chat is a real home on the web and in the app: every conversation with unread counts, groups your leaders make in a couple of taps, replies to a specific message, reactions, and @mentions. Shared lists let you tag people into a named list and hand it to a teammate to work (call, text, log how it went, book the next step) while leaders see the progress. Members can also tell their leaders what they need in one feedback inbox, where leaders answer.

  26. New

Licensing that walks you through it, one step at a time

Each state's licensing steps now open in order, and telling us you've booked your exam unlocks the next step right away. Every state shows its licensing office and continuing-education options, coordinators can leave a note under any step, and the whole guided journey is on the phone too. Licensing and carrier desks also get a shared set of saved replies that fill in the person's details with one tap, and the commission calculator was rebuilt to match the team's own spreadsheet.

  27. Improved

A calmer menu, and search that finds every page

The team directory is out of the menus, and Search or jump to now reaches every page in your sidebar, with the same access rules the sidebar uses. Links that leave MyCadre open in a new tab (or the in-app browser on your phone), and everything inside MyCadre stays right where you are.

  28. New

Month-end pushes, tracked from send to paid

Agents can push a policy for month end or a large case right from the policy page, see where it stands, and see exactly what was sent. Coordinators verify and approve in one queue, pending business gets one gentle check-in a day (never during quiet hours), and submitted business now needs its real policy number. When a leader replaces a training flyer, the session updates instead of posting twice, and every branch of Your org shows how many people are under it.

  29. New

Every field training builds a real client record

Logging a field training now creates the client's profile: what you learned, who can see it, every meeting, and the lead and deals behind it. The first ten count once a trainer is on them, and trainers get a queue of their own. Teams that run a 3 & 3 challenge can give every new agent their own card on Home, with a ring that fills as they go, one celebration when they finish, and reward approvals for whoever signs off. All of it is on the phone.

  30. New

A Personal Financial Review rebuilt from the ground up

The review is six clear steps now, with live totals, autosave, and a D.I.M.E. finale that shows the gap in one glance. Your saved client reviews and the premium and commission calculators sit together under Agent tools, and leads gain a Booked stage, linked both ways to the client's profile.

  31. New

    Send a client their homework

After an appointment, send the client one private homework page: your team's PDF, videos and links, plus the questionnaire, all branded as yours. You'll see how far they've gotten, and their answers come back with talking points ready for the next meeting.

  32. Improved

Find any lead in a second

Search your leads by name, phone or email, on the web and in the app, and find your leads inbox straight from Business.

  33. Improved

Announcements and nudges that reach the right people

Owner announcements now post to the GroupMe groups you've tagged for announcements, alongside Discord. Remind the quiet ones knows each person's real last activity, and you pick exactly who the reminder reaches before anything goes out.

  34. New

Trainings for the right people, and the Academy in your pocket

Every training now has an audience: everyone, a rank and above, an onboarding phase and beyond, or specific people. A rank training pings that rank's Discord role, an invite-only session stays off the public schedule, and your team only sees the trainings meant for them, with reminders they can turn off. CFT Academy is in the app too: trainees practice each step with an AI client on their phone and ask for a shadow or a sign-off, and trainers review, log shadows and sign people off from anywhere. After an appointment, an agent can also send the client a private questionnaire to fill in at home, and the results are waiting when it's in.

  35. Improved

Discord rank roles that keep up

The Discord page in HQ now checks everyone's rank against their Discord roles and shows where they don't match, and one tap puts everyone on the right role. Staff never lose a role, and a daily report keeps the picture current. Trainings read from a flyer also keep the end time printed on it.

  36. New

Academy practice talks back, with a checklist

Turn the sound on and the AI client answers out loud in a voice that suits them, while you talk or type. The skills you're graded on now read as a checklist that ticks off as each one lands, with a running count, and three short steps at the top say how a practice works. HQ Library shelves are a compact list now, with the editor opening right under the resource you're changing.

  37. New

CFT Academy, graduation, and a clearer Reach out to

Build a certification track for new field trainers: practice calls with an AI client graded against the bar you set, logged shadow sessions, and a final sign-off from you or an Elite CFT. Mark the rank that means someone is ready to run their own team, and when they reach it, their upline and you both sign and they get a gold reveal of their journey and a certificate. On HQ Activity, Reach out to now names up to five people with the reason for each, and lead sources, roles, statuses, contest posts and prizes read as plain words everywhere.

  38. New

Setup reminders for teammates who haven't signed in

When a new teammate gets their welcome email but never sets up their account, MyCadre now sends a short, friendly reminder with their setup link three days later, and one more a week after that. Then it stops. Owners see who was reminded on the Activation page, and new agents from Tevah get their welcome email automatically within an hour of being coded.

  39. New

Licensing by state, and Lantern knows the rules

Pick any state and see what it takes to get licensed there: the steps in that state's order, the exam and fingerprint vendors, the fees, and the official links, all in one place. Ask Lantern about a state and it answers from the same guide and shows its source, so the answer can't drift from the page.

  40. New

Book field training off the trainer's calendar

Trainers set the hours they're available, agents pick an open slot, and calendar invites go out to both. The trainer can confirm or move it, and everyone hears about the change. You can attach illustrations to an appointment with a paperclip, delete a prospect, leave the trainer blank, and edit the date after it's logged.

  41. New

Onboarding in sub-groups, linked to your classes

Each phase now breaks into named sub-groups with their own progress, and a step's video stays with that step. A checklist step can link to a training series, so a new agent can save a seat for the next class or tap I attended for one they went to. Connections and Vision & Goals sit beside Onboarding, and Home wears the same phase colors.

  42. Improved

A library you can tell apart at a glance

Every library section has its own color, cards size to their content, videos show their thumbnail, and search finds anything. Times across the portal now show in your own time zone, GroupMe posts included.

  43. Improved

Ask Cadre as a conversation, and a Matrix that reads in one glance

Ask Cadre asks a quick question when it needs to, cites the person or deal behind each answer, and recent chats reopen. The licensing Matrix groups people by what they still need, and a row opens into their steps. The application page is a real record with stage, money, a timeline and notes, and you can add, rename and retire your own titles.

  44. New

Import candidates from GoHighLevel, and a texting safety net

Pick tags from your GoHighLevel account and bring those contacts into your team-building pipeline; running it again only adds new people. If opt-outs or failed texts start to climb, texting pauses before the carrier steps in, and the owner decides when to resume.

  45. New

    Repeat every other week

A standing class doesn't always meet every week. When you set a training to repeat, you can now pick the cadence: every week, every other week, or every three or four weeks, and choose the first session so the right weeks are the ones that post. Reminders, the Discord schedule and GroupMe follow along, and nothing changes for the trainings you've already set to weekly.

  46. New

A public Team page on your own domain

Show off your leadership, directors and team with photos and a Book a call button, on your own domain. You manage who appears, in what order, from Settings.

  47. New

Go by the name you actually use

Plenty of people go by something other than what's on their license. You can now set what you'd like to be called from your profile, and choose whether it shows alongside your legal name or on its own. Your licensing record is untouched either way, so the coordinator still sees what the carrier needs.

  48. Improved

The roster got faster to work in

Straight from owner feedback. Long dropdowns became searchable pickers you can type into, you can click a teammate's name to make them inactive without leaving the screen, Activity has its own search, and finishing an action returns you to the screen you were on instead of dumping you back at the top of the roster. Small things, all day long.

  49. New

Onboarding phases, in order when you want them

Turn on sequential phases and a new teammate sees one phase at a time, so nobody skips ahead to week three before their license is moving. Off by default, and entirely your call per team.

  50. New

Command HQ, the whole agency on one screen

A single operations console for owners: the numbers that matter, a funnel showing where people actually stall, and a person drawer you can open from any figure. Every stat is clickable, so a number you don't like takes you straight to the list of people behind it.

  51. New

Vision and Goals, and a fact-finder that does the math

Members write down what they're actually working toward, with a vision board to keep it in front of them. The financial review now calculates coverage from the numbers entered, so the conversation starts from a real figure instead of a blank page.

  52. New

    Guided licensing, state by state

Getting licensed stops being a mystery. Each person follows the real steps for their own state, in order, with the fingerprint window and exam timing built in. Reminders arrive when something's actually due, and the coordinator sees the whole desk at a glance instead of chasing individuals.

  53. Improved

Notifications that land the moment they happen

Recognition, approvals and reminders now arrive live, without a refresh, and each one opens the exact item that triggered it rather than a generic list. Owners can also organize the library into their own sections so people find the right document quickly.

  54. New

A licensing desk, and a coordinator who only sees their desk

Licensing coordinators get a workspace built for the job, and the rest of HQ stays private to owners and admins. The checklist a new teammate works through now ticks half of itself as their real milestones land.

  55. New

Leads, from first touch to the right person's phone

Capture a lead with full consent and attribution, grade it, and route it to whoever should call. New leads can page the right person by push, email or their own Discord channel, and speed-to-lead follow-up can fire within seconds of the form landing. Off until you switch it on.

  56. New

A weekly roll-up you can act on

Every week, a short brief on what actually moved: this week's wins, who's stalled and worth a call, and the people worth looping in. Written to be read in a minute and acted on the same morning.

  57. New

    Renewals stop sneaking up

A renewals board shows what's coming due and what's already been done about it, with the outreach for each window logged in one place so two people never call the same client twice.

  58. New

    Team birthdays nobody forgets

Teammates add their birthday once, and the day arrives with a warm, branded announcement in the team's Discord, plus an HQ tracker so owners can see who's up next and plan ahead. Private by choice, celebratory by default.

  59. New

Lifecycle reminders that fire on their own

New nightly reminders watch the moments that matter: upcoming renewals, client birthdays, and the right time for a thank-you. Each one lands deep-linked to the exact record, so acting on it is a single tap and nothing slips.

  60. New

Head-to-head contests and a contest archive

Pair your team by standing for a bracket where every matchup has a winner, and keep every finished contest in a browsable archive so wins never disappear. The season ends, the record stays.

  61. New

Agent profiles, badges, and command-palette search

Every member gets a richer profile with the badges they've earned on display, and a new command-palette search jumps you to any person, page, or record from anywhere with a keystroke.

  62. Improved

    Sync training flyers on demand

Owners who share trainings from Drive can now hit Sync now and pull the latest flyers into the feed the moment they're posted, instead of waiting for the next scheduled pass.

  63. Improved

    A warm dark theme, everywhere

The whole platform now follows your dark theme end to end, tuned to stay on brand: warm charcoal surfaces, a lighter teal, and a single rationed amber accent, so it reads just as warm at night as it does by day.

  64. New

    Drip nudges keep momentum warm

A gentle nudge engine now watches onboarding deadlines and sends a warm, well-timed reminder when a member stalls. Warm light, never a watchful eye, and every tenant can tune the cadence.

  65. New

    Lantern, your team's AI guide

Lantern always knows each member's right next step and lights the way to it. It reads the room across onboarding, pipeline, and community to surface one clear move at a time. Included with the Growth and Scale plans.

  66. New

    Contests with live leaderboards

Run a seasonal push with a clear goal, a real-time leaderboard, and a finish line the whole team is rooting for. Wins fire across Discord and email the moment they land.

  67. Improved

AI Caller, now metered with credits

The AI Caller moved to prepaid credits, so you only pay for the conversations you actually run. Top up in seconds, watch your balance in HQ, and set low-balance alerts before a campaign runs dry.

  68. New

    The Cadre Discord bot arrives

One shared Cadre bot brings every team's wins, milestones, and chatter into the channels they already live in. It resolves the right tenant per guild, so a single bot serves every cadre, fully branded.

  69. New

    MyCadre launches with branded landings

Our first release: a fully whitelabel team-experience platform. Every tenant gets its own branded landing, onboarding phases, and admin HQ, live on its own subdomain before the first member logs in.
